Home Membership Directory Newsletter The Itawamba County Development Council is governed by a 19-member volunteer board of directors, composed of both the public and private sectors. Their duties are to direct the work of the organization's purpose.

The Itawamba County Development Council was organized for the purpose of promoting the industrial, agricultural, commercial, civic and general interest of Itawamba County, Mississippi. The organization has two major objectives - continued economic growth and continued betterment of the quality of life in Itawamba County.

The organization is financially supported by Itawamba County, the towns of Fulton, Mantachie and Tremont, industries, businesses and concerned citizens who have a keen interest in the improvement of the quality of life for all citizens of Itawamba County. Our program of work is carried out through volunteers working within our committee system.
